We start with quality materials and vendors to ensure a high-value product that surpasses resident expectations. Stoa Group added an in-house Quality Control team in 2021 that is unlike any other in the multifamily industry.


Each project follows an even-flow schedule process that allows our trade partners to know what is expected of them in advance. While our schedule drives our projects forward, it will never set back the importance we place on a high-quality product.


Developing long-lasting relationships is a critical part of our construction process. Both with our own team and vendors, we know that communication and training is our greatest asset in developing an excellent relationship. We take care of our trade partners so that they take care of us.

Everyone at the home office, as well as the field superintendents are more than helpful with any questions, problems, or issues that we might have during the course of a project. Everyone is easily accessible, friendly, professional, and problem solvers. The organization and planning of the projects always exceeds our expectations.
